What To Expect
Please note that dried flowers do not look like silk replicas of your original bouquet.  Customers should also be aware that as part of the natural drying process, flowers can change colour, texture and some may lose shape. White and cream flowers will darken, turning beige and may brown a little at the edges, whereas pale pinks and peach colours in particular can fade and brown slightly giving a ‘vintage’ effect.   Brighter colours such as reds, oranges and purple will also darken and appear duller and dark pink flowers will often turn purple once dried.  Colour change is part of the natural drying process of the flowers as they lose moisture. While the majority of flowers preserve well, some preserve less successfully- in particular lilies, cala lilies and orchids which may undergo a complete colour change once dry - it is very much dependent on the original colour.

Please note that images on our website are all examples of bouquets and flowers which have been preserved by us for individual customers.  However, no two bouquets are the same and the end result can differ depending on the actual bouquet contents and the condition it is in when it reaches us.

Return Postage

Return postage is included in the price and we send by Royal Mail First Class signed for. Arrival time is normally 1-3 working days after the dispatch date.  Please be aware that in our shadow box frames, there may be some slight petal dropping during transit, especially from very small flowers such as gypsophilia or wax flowers.  On some occasions, we use silica to dry certain types of flowers and whilst every effort is made to remove it all before framing, there may be small grains deep within the petals which can become dislodged during transit. In the event that this does happen, the backing board can simply be unclipped or front of the frame opened, and any debris removed with a soft, clean brush.  Further petal dropping is unlikely once your frame is in a static position.

After Care

Dried and pressed flowers last for many years, however the frames are not completely airtight so please ensure the frame is kept dry, away from sources of condensation and out of direct sunlight.

We can't wait to preserve your beautiful blooms, ensuring they can be treasured for a lifetime!
